{Speeches delivered by the Award Recipients}

Mr. Amiten Martin Abol

As a construction worker, I do my best every day, and to ensure the safety of everyone, I’m striving to understand the Japanese language, lifestyle and culture.  For me, the real technique and skill is adapting to the new environment of Japan and helping make it a better place.  I will continue to study the Japanese language in order to reduce the communication gap even a little.  I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the techniques and skills I have learned as a member of the company.

Mr. Wang Fenghe

I am so grateful I have been awarded because of the encouragement and guidance of many people.  As a construction worker, I have returned to Japan and am upgrading my techniques in the most difficult level of welding that requires high quality. What I have learned in Japan is not only welding skill but also politeness, discipline and kindness. I will consider this award as a new beginning and will strive every day with high aspirations in all aspect.

Mr. Nguyen Van Linh

Although the contents of the work were quite difficult and the Japanese language barrier was tough, Japanese people in the company are kind, every day they teach me little by little how to work and communicate, and I progressed gradually.  People in the company are very helpful and give support to us foreign workers every day, so while doing my best at work every day, I want to study Japanese much harder.

Mr. Weng Fei

My six years of working in Concrete Pumping in Japan is fun.  Although there were times of confusion in Japanese language and also in the differences in the construction method at the site, I passed the Level 2 of skill test in 2018, now as a group leader, I can manage the site and teach my teammates.  I would like to continue working in Japan.

Mr. Wu Xiaojing

I am very grateful to my boss, to all the staff.  They look after me like a family for six years, I enjoyed spending every day.  Then, I have come to like Japan, Japan have come to be my second home country.  I will keep reminding myself never to forget my beginner’s spirit and will keep trying my best.  Next time, I would like to travel to Japan with my family.

Mr. Giap Duc Thach

I went to driving school for two weeks to get a driver’s license and I passed.  I was very glad. The test was very hard because it was all in Japanese.  But now that I can drive, I can serve more as a member of the company, and above all I am very pleased everyone in the company rely on me.  For the past six years, there were things that were hard, that were tough, that were fun, and a lot more, but I am glad I came to Japan.
