Compliance Action Policy
Introduction
The Foundation for International Transfer of Skills and Knowledge in Construction (hereinafter referred to as “our organization"), was established with the aim of contributing to the industrial promotion and sustainable economic development of Japan and countries around the world, and to the smooth transfer of techniques, skills and knowledge, and human resource development. In order to achieve this goal, we will provide necessary support for proper acceptance and development of human resources of each country trying to practice and acquire techniques, skills and knowledge of Japan’s construction and other sectors.
To accomplish the purpose of this establishment properly, our organization’s officers and employees shall acknowledge the importance of compliance in business operation and shall act according to this policy.
Awareness on realization of mission and public interest
Article 1 Officers and employees shall recognize that our operation is in the public interest to contribute to the industrial promotion and sustainable economic development of Japan and countries around the world and to contribute to the human resources development in each country, and act accordingly.
Maintaining social trust
Article 2 Officers and employees shall endeavor to maintain and improve social trust by pursuing fairness and sincerity in business management.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Article 3 Officers and employees shall endeavor to conduct proper business operation by complying with related laws, articles of incorporation, various regulations and other internal rules.
Prohibition of Private Profit
Article 4 Officers and employees shall be fully aware that organization’s activities are in the public interest and do not use their duties and positions to pursue private profit.
Prevention and Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
Article 5 In executing the duties, officers and employees shall immediately follow the prescribed procedures set forth by our organization, including disclosure of the facts, if there is a possibility of conflicts of interest with our organization.
Information disclosure and accountability
Article 6 Our organization shall actively disclose information on business operation to ensure transparency and strive to improve society's understanding and trust.
Protection of Private Information
Article 7 Officers and employees shall endeavor in business operation to protect personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Policy of our organization as well as to respect individual rights.
