Award for Creation of Future Construction with Foreign Human Resources

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism newly commences the “Award for Creation of Future Construction with Foreign Human Resources (Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award) this year, for foreign construction skilled workers and for companies engaged in foreign human resource development. 
The previous “Recognition of Excellent Foreign Construction Worker (Land Economy and Construction Industry Bureau Director's Award)” has been integrated into this new award.

The “Award for Creation of Future Construction with Foreign Human Resources” (Commendation of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism)

This award is to recognize foreign skilled workers who aim to play a leading role in construction sites, companies engaged in skill development and working condition improvement of foreign human resources, and companies exploring new businesses initiated by involvement of foreign human resources, with the aim of achieving a symbiotic society with foreign skilled workers.

Award for Excellent Foreign Skilled Construction Worker:
For foreign skilled workers with the resident status of Specified Skilled Worker, who make remarkable efforts for the acquisition of construction skills and communication skills and aim to play a leading role in construction sites.

Award for Skill Development for Foreign Human Resources:
For companies that make continuous and effective efforts in skill development and working environment improvement for foreign human resources in a remarkable manner.
